Service Level Agreement – Domains

We know how important it is for your domain to stay online and that is why we offer a 99.9% service uptime guarantee excluding planned maintenance or disruptions outside of our reasonable control.

We make all customers aware of planned maintenance via our control panel and status pages.

How to claim

Request an account credit within 7 days of any issue via our control panel or by submitting a support ticket: [email protected] listing your domain and details of the issue you experienced.

We aim to respond within three working days of your claim.

What does this SLA not cover?

Planned maintenance as listed on our status pages.

Disruptions outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), for example terrorism, hacking, UK wide ISP outages.

Denial of Service attacks. We use major providers of Anti-DDoS serrvices but cannot guarantee that any DDoS can be fully mitigated.
